01 How long before I can park on the floor?

Most systems are light-foot-traffic the next day and ready for vehicles in 48–72 hours, depending on temperature and the topcoat we spec.

02 Do you grind the existing concrete?

Yes. Diamond grinding, vacuum, moisture testing, and crack repair happen before any coating. Skipping prep is why floors peel.

03 Will this hold up to New Jersey winters?

We spec polyaspartic topcoats on garage slabs for salt, slush, and freeze-thaw — not a thin paint film.

04 Can you coat over an old epoxy floor?

Sometimes. We test adhesion first. If the old system is failing, it comes off. If it is sound, we profile and recast the topcoat.
